The design of the faucet is great, but the construction isn't. The faucet head doesn't secure tightly to the base and is loose. In addition, when I reached out to customer support they told me there was no issue with the faucet, like I was some scammer. Customer support was passive-aggressive at best. I know the price point is good, but save your money and buy a different unit.

I just received my new sink and faucet. Both are beautiful and extremely well priced for the quality. Unfortunately, the faucet I ordered was too tall for my kitchen so I have to exchange it for a shorter one from Sinks Direct, which I'm sure will be of equal quality.
