We are proud to offer fast and affordable shipping to our customers in the USA. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website (https://www.sinksdirectusa.com) and shipped to addresses within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs and delivery time are calculated based on the delivery zone and order value. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout prior to the completion of your transaction, in compliance with FTC regulations requiring clear and conspicuous disclosure of all charges.

Shipping Methods Available

  • We offer standard shipping to all regions within the continental United States via established carriers. At this time, we do not offer expedited, overnight, or international shipping from our U.S. fulfillment operations. 

Delivery Time Frame:

  • East USA: Our standard shipping option will deliver your order within 2-4 business days.

  • West and Central USA: Our standard shipping option will deliver your order within 4-7 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Sinks Direct is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

  • In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will notify you promptly and provide you with the option to consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. 

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day. 

  • Order processing does not occur on U.S. federal holidays. 

Tracking Information

  • Every shipment is assigned a unique tracking number. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for monitoring your delivery status online. If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within two (2) business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sinksdirect.ca.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, Sinks Direct ships only to physical street addresses within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes unless otherwise indicated). We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses that we cannot verify or that do not meet our shipping requirements. 

Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@sinksdirect.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy
