The design of the faucet is great, but the construction isn't. The faucet head doesn't secure tightly to the base and is loose. In addition, when I reached out to customer support they told me there was no issue with the faucet, like I was some scammer. Customer support was passive-aggressive at best. I know the price point is good, but save your money and buy a different unit.
We renovated our kitchen sometime back and installed Stylish sink and kitchen faucet. The product qualities were great. When we need a replacement part for the faucet, the customer care and service teams were very helpful. They assist me within the hour and able to ship me the replacement part. Very professionally customer service.
I just received my new sink and faucet. Both are beautiful and extremely well priced for the quality. Unfortunately, the faucet I ordered was too tall for my kitchen so I have to exchange it for a shorter one from Sinks Direct, which I'm sure will be of equal quality. And the return process is really easy. Thank you!
