Sinks Direct wants you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website (https://www.sinksdirectusa.com) and shipped to addresses within the United States.
Thirty-Day Return Window.
You may return eligible items within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, never installed, and in its original condition.

The item is in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware included.

All returns must be pre-approved via email before being sent back or dropped off.
In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and applicable state consumer protection laws, this return policy is clearly disclosed at the point of sale and before the completion of any transaction.
Returns Process.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email your return request to info@sinksdirect.ca, including your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and photographs if the item arrived damaged.

Receive written return approval and shipping instructions from our team.

Carefully repackage the item in a protective shipping box or envelope. Do not place labels, tape, or write directly on the product’s original packaging.

Ship the package to the return address provided in the approval email.

We will receive and inspect the item upon arrival.

Your refund will be issued following a successful inspection.
Return Shipping Costs.
Company Error or Defective Product
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective, Sinks Direct will cover all return shipping costs and will promptly send the correct or replacement item at no additional charge to you.
Change of Mind or Buyer’s Remorse
If you are returning an item for any reason other than a company error or product defect:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-refundable credit card processing fees may be deducted from the refund if an order is cancelled after payment has been processed.

A restocking fee of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the product’s purchase price may apply.

Restocking fee only applies when product is returned in wrong packaging or improperly package, and no restocking fees on product defective. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be disclosed to you before the return is approved.
Refund Processing.

Refunds are issued only after we receive and successfully inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the date of refund processing for the credit to appear on your account statement.

Items returned without prior written approval, or items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging, may not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges.
Sinks Direct does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size, color, or model, please place a new order on our website and return the original item following the process outlined above.
Packaging Requirements.
To protect your refund eligibility, please ensure you:

Pack the item securely in a protective outer shipping box or padded envelope.

Do not affix shipping labels, tape, or writing directly onto the product’s original retail packaging. Damage to the original packaging may affect your refund.
Open Box and Final Sale Items.
Items marked as “Open Box” or “Final Sale” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund. This non-returnable status will be clearly indicated on the product listing at the time of purchase, in accordance with FTC guidelines. If you experience a problem with an Open Box or Final Sale item, please contact us at info@sinksdirect.ca and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist you.
State-Specific Consumer Rights.
Certain U.S. states provide additional consumer protection rights that may supplement this policy. Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under applicable state law. If you are a resident of California, you have the right to be informed of the store’s return policy at the time of purchase in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723.
