We purchased this about 2 years ago and we love it. The pull down and operation between spray and normal flow are smooth. It has held up very well. The quick connector between the pull down portion and the hold/cold mixing line was defective, but the customer service replacing it for a new connector was excellent. We also have the Cantania (black) at our secondary sink, which is also great.
spray nozzle is plastic and breaks/cracks.
