If you are like me and DO NOT like the job of crawling under the sink to reconnect the drain linkage that pulled apart ... again ... this is the product for you! I searched all over for something like this and found it right here at sinksdirect.ca . I would search and search, and kept coming back to this one, so finally just ordered it! I can recall the day it arrived. When I pulled it out of the box, I literally said out loud, "Now that's how to make a drain ... out of heavy brass!" I am so impressed that I will be swapping out all the drains in my house. Compared to the plastic drain that came with the faucet, this one is much more on a commercial level and should be trouble free for years! Kudos to Stylish for this impressive product!
I just got these drains in my bathroom to replace the old ones. I needed them to fit with the finish of the new faucets and I liked the basket concept. Easy to install, although the pipe connecting the drain to the p-trap could be a little bit longer for an easier fit. Sadly, one of the drains does not stop the water when the basket is popped down. I’ve tried both baskets on this particular drain and they won’t stop the water. The other drain works fine with both baskets, so the baskets are not the problem. I really like the basket design that allows easy cleaning and helps to avoid clogs!
I installed this product to replace a drain that became clogged with hair shortly after installation. The old drain did not have a pop-up basket that allowed for cleaning. No more problems with this new drain. It looks great. I also contacted customer service and they are very attentive to our requests.
I bought this on Dec. 8, 2025. I am very happy with it. No problem installing it, it looks good, and it's reassuring to know that if I drop my ring or contacts in the sink it will get caught in the basket and not disappear into the sewer!
