We bought this grid 3 month ago and it works well.
At first we were a bit surprised because it is higher than the previous grid we had (~1 inch ¼ and we had a grid with less than 1 inch high before). But then after some time we realized that when food fell in the sink then it has less chance of being stuck in it. And we can easily clean the sink strainer because of the hole in the middle of the grid.
I removed one star because I got it at CAD$ 90 which is expensive for a grid but overall it is a great product.
